FISH FRY Council 1143 serves the best fish in Metro East. Our Fish Fries are on the first and third Fridays of each month. During Lent, we serve every Friday. Serving Hours are 4:30 to 7:30 PM Sit Down or Carry Out We need people on most all positions of the Fish Fry teams. We actually have a good time doing the Fish Fry work, and it is the main money maker for the Council. If you are interested in helping, let Jerry Hengehold, Jack Gabler, or Jerry Kapp know, and they will find a spot for you. We have teams working: Prep Crew; Fry Shack; Kitchen; Dining Room.
